A couple of thoughts. What camera do you have and how did you choose it. Do you carry several lenses and swap them while out shooting?

I recently decided to simplify life by reducing my kit to a single fixed lens camera and accept the fact that this would reduce what it was possible for me to shoot. I did this partly because I was always paranoid about getting dirt/dust on the sensor when changing lenses out in the open (or even at home). Was that a stupid worry?

I have to say I found it amazing that With my current camera I was able to crop that view of Hoy so tight and still end up with a printable 6x4. It wouldn’t enlarge too big, however.
