Pictures of Orkney are almost always of the sea and cliffs, i.e. of the features that are so visually striking here. So much so that one forgets that this is a place of rich grassland (grass is what grows best here) that leads to us producing some of the best meat and milk in the UK.
I took a few picture on my walk yesterday to illustrate.
