It was a warm and lovely day for the Remembrance service in the Hope today.
A goodly crowd attended at our war memorial.
Prayers were said
Two minutes' silence followed.
Then wreaths were laid
William took part in the reading of Binyon's Ode of Remembrance
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
And we left after a blessing.
Olena, Athena, and Oksana took part as well. They made a fine sight walking down Church Road on the way home.
